We’re looking for results-driven, self-motivating business development representatives to join GenDigital’s quickly growing sales team. BizDev Reps will actively seek out and engage customer prospects in order to help sell GenDigital’s products and service offerings and help us transform the digital marketing landscape.

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, a fast learner, results-driven, motivated, a team player, and has a positive winning mentality.

This opportunity allows you to leverage your own social network or personal connections to identify small, medium, or large businesses that are in need of digital marketing facelift. Today, many companies understand that marketing in the digital age is important, yet they do not understand or know how to make this happen. GenDigital has the tools and services that can drastically change a company’s digital presence.

Salary: Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively engage in seeking out corporate sales leads
  • Create and deploy sales campaigns to convert prospects into hot leads
  • Follow up and sell GenDigital’s products and services to customers
  • Converse with leads and customers on the phone selling, up-selling, or providing support
  • Manage GenDigital’s current customers and provide product support
  • Learn and present various product and service offerings to potential clients
  • Report weekly sales growth and progress to the rest of the BizDev team
  • Identify emerging and growing markets

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service
  • Meeting Sales Goals
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Self-Confidence
  • Product Knowledge
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Client Relationships

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision

JOB LOCATION

Our sales office is located in London, ON however Business Development representatives will have the freedom to work from wherever they please at whatever time they please, so long as they have a phone and an internet connection.
